It has become a national responsibility of all of us Sri Lankans to create a stronger group of young people who will create a globally empowered nation full of knowledge, skills and good attitudes in the face of economic, environmental, technological and social changes.
In creating a group of young people who will win tomorrow's new world, should our attention be focused especially on our children's generation who will enter the teenage years tomorrow? Can they conquer the world just by equipping themselves with education and knowledge?
Therefore, we have well recognized that we should put aside individual goals and needs and align the children who will be in charge of the future of Sri Lanka to become perfect citizens with knowledge, skills and attitude through a more formal program.
In view of the above facts, our Sri Lankan Dhamma schools and the Suvahasak Dhamma school children who study there are based on the creation of united children's societies and in accordance with its common objectives, with knowledge, skills and good attitudes empowered by high thinking, perfect peace, harmony and human rights laws, and good manners. We would like to mention that it is the sole wish of our United Children's Society to contribute wholeheartedly to create a generation of children who value Dharma.
